Tesín is a black metal band from the South of Switzerland dealing with linguistic, cultural, historic and geographic topics; the negative anthropic influence forced on the territory, on minds and on souls.

Tesín isn’t a technical band, Tesín doesn’t follow trends; Tesín is just metal tinged of black sung in Italian and dialect. We expect nothing beside death.

L’Urlo Di Chen / Dukov, split tape.

This is probably the best sounding L’UDC release and I’m very impressed by the production value. The combination of Swedish death metal guitars with the steady and hammering drumming is just a pure joy to bang your head along to. The bass work of the Slavo and the never-ending stream of hatred provided by Giulio are the final pieces that make these 7 minutes of metallic crust hardcore worth more than you may think. We all still struggle to define the genre; just take a listen and decide for yourself.
Dukov from Palermo play powerviolence and although their recordings are not as powerful as those of L’UDC, they are still a very enjoyable listen that will also leave a cynic smile on the face of the listener.

Una dose eccessiva di film, videogame, umorismo cazzaro e incivile, incapsulate in rumorismi metalpunk/grind/thrashcore, uniscono ‘lo sforzo’ (schwartz!) per sostenere solo cause perse. Quando non si è mai contenti di niente e ci si annoia da sempre o si invoca la piogga sotto il sole e il sole quando piove, oppure si risponde per le rime alla demenzialità di quanto si vive ogni giorno.

Mulo Muto, “Decomposing Cacophonies”, Digipack CD out now!

The new album “Decomposing Cacophonies” by post-industrial noise duo Mulo Muto is out now released on digipack CD by L’è Tütt Folklor Records and Luce Sia.

“Decomposing Cacophonies” was recorded in Zurich (CH) in July 2017 by Attila and Joel during a long session. The duo embarked on a metaphysical exploration of the cycle of life and more specifically, reflected on how organic matter decomposes. This experiment was transposed into sound and subdivided into different moments that accompany decay. It is violent, at times calm at other times agitated, it may be noisy as well as dreamy; definitely deadly and ready to get recycled into the apparently never-ending cycle of inorganic and organic restoration. We live to die in order to let other beings live. We die to live in order to let other beings die.

The album was mixed shortly after the recording and mastered in January 2018 by Attila Folklor between the plains and the mountains of Ticino.

The pictures were taken by Joel during the Autumn of 2017 around the Mittelland, while Huere Giulio carefully took care of the layout.

Short bio:
Convulsif is a collective and band project originally initiated by the bass player Loïc Grobéty. The band focuses to an enriched tension between composition and improvisation in powerful sounds and experiments at the limits of styles and musical languages. With its special and outstanding instrumentation – a classic rhythm section and a heavy amplified, treated violin & bass clarinet – the band goes deep in the sound of the actual rock scene and mix different tendencies to a new unknown conglomerate: Doom, Drone, Black Metal and Noise are played with the means of conceptual improvisation and imposed themes. All colored by a very uncommon instrumentation.

“Once again, with Mulo Muto we have explored a hidden world made of chilling and dark atmospheres. The use of different instruments and languages have transported us on a trip able to touch different emotions. We always try our best to combine the subtle with the most chaotic and we are very happy about the ending result. This time, the drone element has probably won over the rest… The idea of using the work of Ungaretti has been of great help to give us a dimension of fear and emptiness, chaos and destruction, fulfillment and closure.

“MeVdA explores new paths including some synth sounds that collide with noise streams, loop tapes, drone layers and concrete elements. “Scare To Care” is divided into two movements:

“I: Too Scared” starts with a heavy synth sound and evolves into a multilayered collage of noises and drones that slowly falls and transmutes into “II: Trying To Care”. Loop tapes produce a mix of dreamy but scary sounds that then mutate with strange rhythms created by concrete elements that give a sort of post industrial feeling.

Xtematic presents 4 tracks that span a quite different palette of tastes and techniques. The first track starts with some strange sort of “underwater sounds” interposed with discharges of harsh noise. The second track follows the same structure with unique sounds that recreate uneasiness. The third track has a “jazzy” feeling and is probably the real surprise of this side. Noise takes over after a couple of minutes and invests you without mercy. The forth and last track, entitled “Future Doom Manifestus”, starts slowly to then be hit by a huge thunderstorm.”
